OU Peptides rep? 20 cent HGH

I got a contact for someone supposedly representing OU Peptides. They have HGH for 20 cents an IU. The Telegram contact is @ouspep. There is either a language barrier or this is a scammer. They don't have any way to verify who they are, other than the contact, Janoshik COAs, and price list. No way to tell if they actually represent OU Peptides. Has anyone ever dealt with them?

Seems sketchy, personally I'd say it's not worth the risk. With them being weird you'd want to send a vial for testing and unless you are buying a ton the cost of the test will offset your savings.

That’s not the contact info I see for them. In general, CN vendors repeatedly say they will not reach out to anyone for business.
