pulled my quad. Left one. The outter/lower portion is all swollen and sore. Now, I walk with a great limp. The pain is real. Enough to cause problems sleeping. I was putting more emphasis on legs while waiting for my elbow/tricep to feel better. I've been doing the 5x5 full squat routine. Making great progress until this. Damn the luck.
So, tomorrow I will start training upper body and hope the elbow/tricep pain will cooperate. Now watch me blow the tricep off the lower part of the arm

Any positive notes from those who have successfully worked through injuries is greatly appreciated.
I'm not going to quit lifting until my body absolutely won't let me.
