Overseas pharmacy question

Ok, a buddy of mine is leaving for serbia in a few days. Now gear is legal there, so my question is this:

How much stock do they keep in the pharmacies? Would he have any problems if he asked for like 5,000 amps? Do pharmacists work out bulk deals? Can you order bulk amps if they don't have them in stock?

Hello friend!

In the pharmacies he can find only 50-100 amps of ICN's.
So he must go to many of them to buy more gear.
And I dont know what a deal they are ready to have with strangers.
I can buy it on bulk,need them a couple of days to get them all together.
