Ovitrelle hcg help

So I have never used hcg before and from what I hear most of the time it requires bas water to mix with it. My problem is a little different tho. I have a prefilled syringe of 250 mcg .5 ml. It's 6500iu of hcg. The brand is ovitrelle. My question is how the hell do you use it!? If anyone has used this before please let me know what you did. I.e. Mix it with bas water? Or what setting do you put the injector to for a 250 iu injection? Any info would help. Thanks
