Pain after squats

I am in serious pain the following two days after squats. Not in my muscles, but my knees, shoulders, and elbows.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Any remedies?

Lower the weight. Low force high intensity...

That's like saying steriods can't lift weights without a BBer. lol I guess it is,i'm still trying to figure out what that statment means... or what he had to drink before he said it :)
