Okay so I should start from the beginning. I was on some d bol for a while then my supply ran out so my guy was able to get me some test e. He said shoot once a week and do not miss a week. So after finally getting enough balls did so ut I first must say that I was off the gym for about a month so I returned and that night shot. Now I got a pain in my shoulder...I think above whereI shot but nothing to write home about. Just wanted to know How do I know it may be an abscess... I did everything right swabbed....was very clean aspirated and injected slowly but still worried....could it also be my muscles from being sore and the injection because I was off so long...please help cause I gettin kinda worried. Also...he told me the test e by itself should be okay....
