Pain in the arm bend after carrying something heavy

I don't work out at the moment. But back when I still worked out I already had this problem and I still have it on both arms. Let me describe it. When I carry a heavy weight around and my arm is hanging down and the weight pulls on my arm then after a while I get a pain directly in the arm bend area. This happened to me today, too. I was carrying a really heavy bag and then when I finally put it down and was able to move my arm again it hurt but the pain did not last long. What was this? The tendon? I have a feeling that this is the tendon.
Now what does this mean? Is this a bad sign? I had the same problems already years ago when I was still working out. One day I was carrying around 45lbs plates in the gym and I had a plate in my hand and my arm was hanging down and afterwards I had a stinging directly in the arm bend which lasted for a few minutes and then the pain was gone but after that it still used to sting for months every time I used the arm. I went to an orthopaedist who did an ultrasound of the tendon and saw nothing and he also pressed in there with his hands and asked if this hurts but he could not provoke any pain but still the stinging continued for a long time and after that I never dared to lift anything "heavy" with this arm anymore.

But the incident today was with the other arm and I still had exactly the same problem. Usually one would think that if you carry a heavy weight but your arm is extended and you do not try to lift the weight with your biceps that there's no huge tension on the tendon but I have a feeling that this is wrong and that there is still a lot of tension on the tendon.
