Painful stretch marks?

Anyone ever dealt with painful stretch marks before? I went from 185 lbs @8% bodyfat to 216 lbs @14% bodyfat recently and spawned some nasty stretch marks in my armpits. I've gotten stretch marks before but they were never like this, these actually are painful and I'm afraid they'll only get worse. Any advice appreciated

Get some of that pregnancy scar cream. It will keep them all soft and supple. Like a nipple.
