Pantothenic acid, or vitamin B5 also called Pantethine is very plentiful in many of the foods we eat, and is found in all living things. In addition to being involved in the Krebs cycle of energy production, Vitamin B5 or Pantethine is involved in the production of red blood cells and adrenal hormones. Vitamin B5 or Pantethine works with the other B vitamins to help in the ATP making process. Vitamin B5 (Pantethine) may help maintain cholesterol levels and healthy triglycerides levels in the body that are already in normal range. Pantethine
