Parcel detained

On parcelsapp.com , as my package arrived in my country from outside EU results "brought by customs import" and then quicky "it is detained at customs"
Is this seizure? What is best thing to do?
3 multidose vials inside

It's probably nothing and just means that it's entered customs but hasn't left yet. At least, a similar message means this in the US.
