pct for tren/sus

I'll be finishing my 12week cycle soon, I'm wondering how long after my last pin i should wait to take my pct? Taking tren ace and sus

I read somewhere that with tren i should start pct after 3 days and after 3 weeks for sus.
If I'm taking both tren and sus, do i start based on the longer one?
