What's up everyone,
Just looking to make some friends and hopefully learn a few things from some of the vets out there

22 years old
5'10
185lbs
8-10% bodyfat
Roughly 7 years working out
Started working out when I starting getting serious about wrestling. I've always been really strong relative to my bodyweight. Tore my pectoral tendon while bench pressing when I was 20. Had the tendon reattached and built my strength back up. I ran a test/tren cycle while I was in college, did it completely wrong but managed to make gains. Anyways, I've been itching to try it again this time but I'd like to do everything pefect. I would appreciate all the advice I can get.
