PEP Test E 1st Cycle EVER

Hey, fairly new here, anxious to get in my first run.
Im gonna run peps test E
i got 3 10ml vials and and being a first timer does anyone have any suggestion about the dosages and weeks (its 300mg/ml)
i have 2 theories, i can either go 600mg per week for 15weeks
or i can go on a much longer lower dosage cycle. like 300mg 2weeks on/ 2 weeks off etc. that could take 60weeks. LOL 14months LOL
ill have some blood tests up and running, cause i got surgery 2days ago and i had em run tests for thyroid and test. what more blood tests do i need?

im gonna go either letro 2x0,6mg per week or arimidex 2x1mg per week (E3D)
for all cycle and 2weeks after last shot.
than i ll start PCT which is clomifene and maybe ill stack tamoxifen 2gether,
4weeks
 
Can anyone explain this to me
i have TEST (whole): 4.96 ng/ml (2,49-8,36 normal range)
and TEST free: 7,23 ng/dl (13-42 normal range)
26years old people. my system has abandoned me. :mad:

hey man been reading about PCT a lot, and have some questions / issues
i read that too much HCG could be bad for shutting down LH
so im thinking about using it only at the end of the cycle
same time when i start
like go 1000ius EW for 5weeks
also OCT im going either letro or anastrozole
lets say i go like this
Test E- 600mg weeks 1-15
letro 0,6mg 2xweek weeks1-18
Clomid(50g ED) and Nolva(20g ED) weeks 18-21
HCG weeks 17-21

BF 18%
Training Exp lots of knowledge, been training on/off for 5years,
had a hernia and stopped for 2 years, now im 9months on hard. 5times per week, only squats,deadlifts,bench,military press, pulls ups+ core + HIIT + metcon. heavy training 5x5reps etc
my maxes now: BackSquat 275lbs, deadlift 352lbs, bench 180lbs, military press 132lbs
 
I recommend that you reduce you BF to below 15% before you begin your cycle. This will allow you to continue to workout for another few months and have a year of solid lifting under your belt. It will also ensure that your diet is dialed in when you begin your cycle.

Dont rush it. Make sure all your "t"s are crossed and your "i"s are dotted. Your first cycle always produces the best results..make it count. Good luck.

Add aromasin to your pct. Run a 6 week pct.

Do not use hcg past the first week of pct.

Use hcg on cycle. Your pituitary will be more desensitized from 1000 iu doses in or pre pct than 300 iu doses on cycle.

More research maybe.

Remember not to run clomid over 50 mg, ever. Overkill asking for mood and vision aides

im currently trying to get the fat down. i havent started the cycle yet
i will let you know when i do.
+1 i dont do bodybuilding, im just in for the strength.
but wanna look good while i am it.

may sound stupid.
do you take clen and or T3 while you are on cycle?

i will HIIT 2days in a row and see what happens
dont forget im recovering now from septum surgery. :)
i just started hitting the box.

EDIT: i dropped my calories intake, but im afraid that will have a big impact on strength training.

I have lost about 5pounds and starting to look more ripped.
but the belly fat is very clingy. i dont know for sure but i must be below
18% for sure, cause i measured 18,4% in my former weight.
i decided to go HIIT 3times per week and 2 metcons( metabolic conditioning)
my training isnt going very well. my strength dropped and my libido which was very depressing,cause i got lucky with a girl the other night and couldnt even perform:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
i blame my faking HPTA for this.
i havent start my cycle yet. will keep this log updated till then..
 
Are you just doing cardio?

Hell no, im doing squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press
pull ups, push ups, dips, core.
my goal isnt bodybuilding, i want to be more athletic, but try and look good while at it.
 
I understand that but you also said this last week you did three metabolic conditioning workouts, I imagine crossfit, as well as hitt...if I were you I would adopt a traditional lifting routein like a 5x5 or a 5/3/1 and do metabolic conditioning twice a week...belly fat is diet so get good calories. I like crossfit but it isn't going to get you strong unless you are super weak. The intensity is too high.
