bout 8 weeks in on my first cycle @600mg test e per wk and the only side effect I am noticing is slightly more acne on my arms and back of neck. it's not anywhere else on my body and my shoulders/back get kind of flaky but no acne. I use unscented body wash and special acne soap and tan every other day. what are the best peptides that help w skin health

I don't think they will reduce sebum or watever the fuck causes acne. I think it makes my skin look younger/better/healthier tho

When my acne was the worst an increase in AI got rid of it

I don't think there is but I had some acne on my forehead and I just went to my doctor, explained everything, ask for acutane, he said he would give it to me but when he explained the process I said fuck that and he gave me something else. Let me go look up the name of it. I'm on day two and this shit is clearing the fuck up.

cool thanks guys, I've been running asin every 2 to 3 days. I found a pretty cool link w a ton of peptide descriptions I'll post it in this thread in a sec

I use sulfur soap, and it seems to help keeping the skin dry and killing the bacteria. But i would certainly be interested in hearing what other use beside prescription meds like tetracycline ect..

Tea tree oil works wonders. Sure it sounds greasy but it really absorbs and has natural anti bacterial/anti viral/anti fungal properties. as a topical it is def worth a shot, just make sure ur getting pure 100%

Yeah ive used this in the past and will certainly dry the skin out and limit breakouts if its not real severe.
