I was going to do 6 weeks of 5x5, followed by a 9 week WSB routine by dave tate, basically max effort days, and dynamic days for the 3 lifts, eg. 8 sets of triples and work upto singles.
After this I was going to go back to the high volume and density training I like for hypertrophy, double drops of 5, 8 and 12 reps, 90 secs between sets 9 double drops/bodypart.
I have read that going from a strength routine to high volume higher reps is great for growth - what are your experiences? Thanks
