There is an Australian site that has proven safe and reliable for Rx ime. Are you located in the US?

edit - Asking because there may also be an option for domestic CA, but that recommendation would be based only on heresay and feedback observed over the last few years.

Mostly familiar with the rules for AU to US with pet Rx.

In the last week I was discussing cost and shipping for Simparica Trio from 24x7. They definitely have it at a good price and ship it to the USA. I've bought some other vet meds from them as well and had no issue.

You can actually treat your dog yourself with compounds you can buy off here. Simpatico trio is 200mg pyrantel, 48mg sarolaner, 0.96mg moxydectin.

Pyrantel can be swapped for fenbendazole which is actually better.
Sarolaner can be swapped out for fluralaner. Moxydectin can be swapped out for ivermectin or if you jump on MIC you can get Moxydectin.

You can make up a solution for fluralaner which will last a year for fleas and ticks. Info here.

Moxydectin is a bit more difficult. If you could get a lab to do the suspension and turn the moxydectin into microspheres for slow release you could make a 12 month injection for heartworm too. Some breeds of dogs are sensitive to ivermectin like collies so they require moxydectin. If your dog is all sweet with ivermectin you can use this dosage calculator and give him that.
