2.5 mg puts me in bed for 24hours, would like to try a lower dose as i am only on trt
My e2 is on the highest range 160 pmol/l, would like to lower it a bit.

The most practical approach is probably gonna be booze. It’s decently soluble in ethanol. You’d need to measure it with a syringe to dispense, because the volumes are going to be small.
The other possibility might be dissolving it in DMSO and trying to apply it transdermally, but I have no idea what the absorption efficiency would be… 0.33 mg oral is unlikely to translate to the same serum level as 0.33 mg applied through the skin.

I take liquid Extemstane 20mg/ML
I’m a very low aromitizer so I take 10mg twice weekly max on a full blast (over a gram). Most blasts i take 10mg once a week or every couple weeks. Or not at all.
At 20mg/ML it is very simple to take a very low dose. On an oral syringe .10 is 2mg and each tick is 1/5 of 1 ML
That being said your rationale is fucked, as mentioned. If you need an AI on trt you are either definitely not a low aromitizer or your dose is too high or both.
The 25mg is too much because you don’t need an AI. If your estradiol is too high then lower your dose of test.
You should not need an AI at all on a trt dose. Period. Unless you are a super high aromitizer and if so you need to go on a diet, not take 1/3mg of AI

Also taking a tablet and trying to make an oral is fucked too. Use raws. The tablet is mostly fillers.
