Pharmacom 300 test E blood work and Cholesterol question.

Hello guys. I just got my blood work back. I have been "cruising" on 300ish MG of pharmacom test e. My cholesterol has always been borderline but was within normal range before I blasted 600mgs test in January to April. I have "cruised" on the 300mg a week since then. My cholestrol seems kinda fucked, estrogen a little high.
I am 5 11" 212lbs and following a keto diet
I would greatly appreciate the insight on how to get my cholesterol in check. How bad is it?
I plan to drop my test to 150 a week and possibly change my diet up? Should I add some ai for my estrogen or wait to see after I drop my test down.
Thanks for any help

Your LDL may not be what the corrupt pharma-cartel-sponsored mainstream medical system calls “good” but it is not as “bad” as it looks (and, please research the cholesterol myth – it was all a scam to push statin drugs etc. cholesterol is not the root-cause of heart disease).

LDL here is actually 160.47 mg/dL.

This is because the typical estimate (the LDL on this type of report was not actually measured; it was just estimated) on bloodwork in the USA use the Friedewald equation which assumes high triglycerides; the typical American estimate is NOT accurate when triglycerides are below 100.

I do agree that your HDL needs to rise.

Keep in mind that estrogen may promote better HDL values (less estrogen may correlate to less HDL so do not drop your E2 too low).
I think, if i remember correctly without looking it up, testosterone promotes an enzyme that breaks-down HDL; so HDL may be inversely correlative with testosterone level.

Make sure your fish oil is a high-quality brand such as Omegalyze.
I also like NOW food DHA500. Take to two servings of Omegalyze each day (one serving per meal) and then at the other meals take one NOW dha500 cap.

I recommend the following supplements to raise your HDL:
Fish oil serving at each meal as mentioned above.
Jarrow Citrus Bergamot (start at one cap a day; then adjust based on the next blood work).
NOW Psyllium husk powder (take a one table spoon 15 mins before a meal, twice a day).
LEF Niacin (you want a high quality, plain old nicotinic acid) work up to 2.5g a day all at once late in the evening (it will cause strong flushing effect but should also relax you once flushing passes so I take pre-bed). Niacin, take 500mg the first day until you can tolerate the “flush” then up to 1000mg, then 1500mg etc. and finally when you can handle 2.5g a day it will start to raise HDL over the course of about 3 months treatment.

Optional additions to add to the protocol listed above (the entire stack really helped me take my LDL from 170s-190s down to about 80s-90s, which is much too low for optimal health, and I have seen the same remarkable results in clients).
Olive leaf extract twice a day.
Policosinol may also help and I take 20mg twice a day.
Berberine HCl ~500-600mg twice a day with a meal (if you have carbs, have it with your two highest carbs meals).

Diet: if you are eating a lot of carbs (especially simple carbs and sugars) remove those from your diet.
Lifestyle: make sure to add some cardio, lower overall stress, and get PLENTY of high-quality sleep.

I hope some of this info may be helpful.

Hell yeah man, I super appreciate the detailed response. That put my mind at ease. I will for be incorporating the supplements you suggested.
So would you suggest to not use an Ai right now for the estrogen and just lower my test and recheck later on?
The only sides I have is some acne on my back and chest but other then that I feel amazing.
Again, thanks for the quick response!

Bro im not an expert about that maybe maybe you need to change something in your diet… keto, what are your main fat sources ?
Possibly, I've think I could do a little bit cleaner on the keto. I would say my main fat sources are Eggs, red meat, chicken thighs skin on, CHEESE, avocados, we supplement with some MCT oil as well, heavy cream in my coffee. Something along those lines.
I think incorporating more oils and adding fatty fish could definitely help, cut out a decent amount of cheese, I think I over indulge on the cheese. Fairly new to keto, but it really works for me. I've shredded up pretty well on it and I find it easy to maintain.

This… x100! The study that the conclusion regarding cholesterol was drawn from was such poor science. They took a huge sample size, didn’t account for any variables other than cholesterol, and noticed a correlation between high cholesterol and heart disease. Anyone who even has an elementary grasp of scientific research understands that in no way does correlation equal causation, but that is EXACTLY what they did here. They noticed a correlation and extrapolated that, very poorly, to say that high cholesterol CAUSES heart disease. Don’t even get me started on the fact that the “study” didn’t take into consideration any extremely important variables like the weight of the people, their activity levels, if they smoke or drink, what their diet looks like etc. Nope, they just looked at one single thing… cholesterol. It is the most bullshit study ever done in human history and it’s 100% correct that the pharmaceutical companies conducted the research this way in order to sell statins and make billions and billions in profits on drugs that do far more harm than good. The majority of elderly people are prescribed statins… it’s a fucking travesty and these pharmaceutical companies have NO honor or integrity. This is one of the big reasons, out of dozens, I do not trust pharmaceutical companies. They’re not in the business of helping sick people, they’re in the business of profiting to the tune of billions off of illness and disease. It’s absolutely disgraceful. Not to mention the dozens of scandals many pharmaceutical companies have been embroiled in from hiding data from the FDA to get clearance on a drug that the pharmaceutical companies knew were dangerous. Anything for a profit for these scummy, snakelike pharmaceutical companies though. This is exactly why I refuse to take their shitty Covid vaccine…
