Starting my first cycle and thought it'd be a good idea to post a log here. I spent a lot of time trying to understand what the most reliable sources of online information are for AAS, which is why I'm posting here and not some other board.
First, some basic information:
Age: 27
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 170lbs
Bodyfat: 10-15%
I've been training for about 4-5 years with periods of extreme dedication and more recently more sporadic streaks of training, with my peak weight being 180lbs. Eating enough has ALWAYS been an issue for me, even including during periods of substantially intense, heavy-load training. I've just never been able to consume enough calories consistently in order to put on weight.
While I'm by no means an expert, I am a self learner and have spent a lot of time understanding training methodologies, diet, and nutrition, so at age 27 I with several years of training under my belt, I feel I sufficiently understand my body enough to take the plunge into AAS.
My First Cycle: 10 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 6 weeks PCT
Weeks 1-10: Testosterone Cypionate (2 intramuscular injections x 250mg/wk)
Weeks 2-10: HCG (2 subcutaneous injections x 250iu/wk)
Weeks 14-20: Nolvadex (20mg ED)
I will be logging my experiences in this thread semi-regularly throughout the total 20 weeks. Feel free to check in but this is primarily for my own reference as well as a chance for me to log question that come up along the way.
