PiP from older test cyp

So a while back I tossed some test E that had been purchased maybe a year back, seems after sitting for a bit the pip increased.

Now I’ve got some cyp that’s always been pip free that’s starting to aggregate me now that it’s older (~6 months). For a few days post injection the area is pretty hard and tender to the touch.

I’ve tried deeper injections and I bought a coffee warmer off Amazon and let it sit on it about 10 minutes at 170* while vented to see if that helped. Did not help.

The kicker.. I tried a pin of ole Tripp’s test cyp that’s probably 2 years old and zero issues.

Could something it’s brewed with cause this? Same carrier oils so thinking something else. I’ve never had any issues with test cyp before, it’s always been Enth. That has been a little puppy after a while. BUT, this is the first time I’ve “stocked up” for TRT and been using some not so fresh test.

Bin it. Not worth it. Test is cheap.

I had a stash of Sustanon from a great source who is no longer active. Pip galore. Tried heating pad, tried adding GSO. Nope. Tossed it and switched to a pip free Sust from another supplier.

One of the possible chemical reactions of hydrolysis may take place primarily between benzyl benzoate and moisture in natural esters, which is naturally available along with vegetable oil based natural esters. Benzyl benzoate (C14H12O2) may produce benzoic acid (C7H6O2) and benzyl alcohol (C7H8O2) due to hydrolysis reaction, which is illustrated in Figure 2.

And that's just the skin.

Low concentration of irritant substances, such as benzoic acid, may cause clinically relevant reactions in repeatedly washed skin. This should be taken into consideration in assessing product safety in the cosmetic, medical and household chemical industries, and when tests for chemical skin irritancy are designed and the results of such tests interpreted.

Obvious BB undergoes hydrolysis after injection but I am curious whether residual benzoic acid from side reaction after storage contributes to PIP for "old vials". Obviously there would had to have been considerable water contamination.

remember we had this discussion about the pip from test c before i dont fucking with cyp i got some from a reliable source here and im gonna try it if it ends up shit im tossing it.

Irritants identified include propylene glycol, hydroxy acids, ethanol, lactic acid, azelaic acids, benzoic acid, benzoyl peroxide, mequinol, and tretinoin.

Please don't tell me this I just brewed 16 vials for the year lol

That's very interesting. Makes me wonder if THAT was what was causing the famous test e pip of 2011.

Makes me wonder if only te and ba would cause pip after a year or so in a vial. Since no bb
Very unlikely.

There is another reason.. I still get test e pip.

Made some recently at 300mg/ml in 34% castor to mimic testoviron. 0.5ml injected caused swelling for a week.

Sent it to someone else and they said it was smooth AF lol.

Test e was at 98% purity

Ill throw out there, as its more or less alluded to in some of the above posts. Everyones body responds differently and adaptions can occur. Some people react bad to mct oil, get on great with grape seed oil, vice versa.

I once had a tren that gave me hives. Tried to use it twice. Hives, predisone to deal with it. Year later, same Tren... no hives.

I remembered the very first time I got a bad batch of test e. Took 2ml to the quad and was limping for 2 weeks. I had to make up some bullshit to tell people why I couldn't walk lol

@readalot ilo check those links out soon! Short on time

The older cyp that is now all of a sudden causing pip is goodlyfe. Really old stuff that’s pip free is Tripple B’s for the ones asking.

And I know it’s cheap. I’m trying to not buy illegal things every 3 months, not save money.
