Plateau on cut

Greetings,
Currently almost at the end of a cut cycle and made great progress, thank you to the vets here for helping guide me. I'm close to my 10% BF goal before I can start a bulking, best guess 15%ish, gave to post a Pic.
Seem to have stalled and need a suggestion, here's where I'm at with training, cardio and gear.
Fasted cardio 5 days just went from 25 to 30 min.
Weights 5 days, all body parts 2x week
Sleep 7-8 hours
Calories 1,500, 200 g protien can't do any more on 10mg tirz.
Water , 1 gal daily
Gear
210 mg test c
105 mg primo
70 mg nnp
25 mg anavar training days
10mg dbol traing days
5mg cialis
80mcg clen
Coming off anavar next week, if bloods come back clean, I was think of adding winstrol ?

Winstrol isn’t gonna do anything for you at this point of 15%. If you feel you’ve plateaued and have been dieting a long time check thyroid, otherwise just gotta keep working at it if all his normal
 
Adding more gear wont do anything. Add a refeed day and maybe cycle carbs a little (bit more on training days for an example).

Sounds like your metabolism has stalled and got used to the deficit

Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking, and was going to up my carbs, currently at 300ish and was going to add another 100 ?
Half of that is coming from karbolyn during workouts, I do splits , morning fasted cardio, 4pm weights.
Really thought winstol might be a waste so far out, don't think I need any more gear.

I would ditch the dbol too and add in a replacement dose of t3 like 25mcg. Your metabolism has probably stalled at this point

The math isn't adding up. You said you’re eating 1,500 kcal with 200g of protein, but now you’re saying you eat 300g of carbs, that alone is 1,200 kcal. Add 800 kcal from protein and you're at 2000 kcal+. Something's off
 
On further review, your right, carbs were off, everything else is good, can't eat anymore than this on the tirz, get sick

total of 4 scoops of Tranparent Lab Protien 780 C/112 grams protein/ 4 carbs
2 scoop of karboylen 400 C/ 510 carbs
8 oz chicken 300 C/ 54 grams protein
1 cup jasmine rice 140 / 4 grams protien/ 40 carbs

in my case, 1500 calories would be beyond a 1000kcal by far. once i've tried going below 1800-1900 calories my bodyweight will start going up and i think its because thats where i hit my metabolic adaption limit where my rmr gets taxed to survive.

i personally couldnt give any tips but 1500 calories + cardio 5x a week is enough for girls to lose weight until 50kg or below. eat more if you're a man

- Drop the NPP and Dbol.
- Stick with tirz, don’t switch to Reta. Its hunger blunting effect isn't nearly as strong.
- Cut carbs completely for two weeks and go full PSMF (Lyle McDonald style).
- Don’t take a diet break unless absolutely necessary. Metabolic adaptation is real but massively overstated.
- Look into mitochondrial optimization. Compounds like SLU-PP, Methylene Blue, AMQ, MOTS-C, and others.

Make sure you're tracking your macros accurately and monitoring progress weekly. Take progress photos don't rely solely on the scale. Fat loss isn't linear; some weeks you'll stall, then suddenly drop double the next. Stay consistent.

I didn't want to write a book earlier and do take metjlyn blue 11grams weeks, Mots C 5mg 3x weeks alternate with NAD and take 5mg tesmorlin 3x week.
Man need some carbs to push trough the workouts. Will post BW as as done this Thursday.
 
Just get labs for rT3 and it'll tell you real quick. If you do a full thyroid panel, it can look perfectly normal, but behind the scenes, rT3 (which is almost never ordered) is elevated, completely borking your efforts. Went through exact same thing. Fat loss stalled, rT3 came back 33 (quite a bit past upper limit), bumped calories up by 200 (carbs) and directly supplemented T3 for two months, retested rT3, and came back 3. Also tapered off T3. Fat loss resumed once I went back to 2100 calories. Your calorie allotment seems really low, too, unless you are a midget maybe.

I agree to do a few consecutive higher carb days and maybe this is minutiae but I'd consider like half that

Go from 300ish to 350ish for a few days just to gauge, because unless you get a Lyle McDonald Whoosh, just gonna reduce them again. The refeed is only temporary and definitely not a cheat week or even cheat day.

Or just be patient. You've made a lot of great progress already so congrats for that.
