i have been around steroids since i was 16 years old. i am now 37. i have always been under the impression that if you take steroids your natural T level will suffer as time goes on.
through much pushing and prodding i had 5 of my good buddies all non-steroid takers get their T levels . all five are between ages 33-40 none had T above 500. average of the 5 was 372. so what is normal and what is not.

As a trainer I have had quite a few male clients get tested.. none of these guys have had any experience with steriods.. thier levels mostly ran in between 15-24 nmol/l with a range of 10-30 nmol/l.
As Swale says..the test can be unreliable... so a few morning tests would give a better idea i suppose of an individuals true level?
Did your mates all get thier tests done early in the day?
I think "normal" is a very subjective thing.... some guys can have quite a mediocre level and be quite healthy and have a great sex drive... plus its not just about total T levels... Free T is just as important.

this would be the proverbial "middle age" or mid range.
