Pretty rightious folks...

Sent me an order of 100 29g needles with syringes, and messed up, sending me 150 instead, and dropped my order for 25g syringes.

E-mailed em and asked what they wanted to do, they just said they'd ship the 25g immediately. Got them 3 days later.

That's a nice no hassle rightious attitude.

I was shortening it up a bit, but thanks for making me type it out now... (grin)

They forgot to give me my 25g needles & 3cc syringes.

To be PERFECTLY accurate (why???), they sent me 50 needles free, but I ordered 25g needles AND 3cc syringes. They didn't even ask questions, just shipped me the 50 syringes, and they did make them with needles attached, as I had ordered.

But the idea was to show their attitude, not detail out my order... that's why I wasn't too specific or accurate with my wording.

I wrote back many thanks, and told them I'd give em a plug on the net whenever I could. They paid shipping twice, without a thought or complaint. They handled it immediately, and they apologized without so much as a question.

That's righteous... good company.
