Polish bust

There was a bust in Poland and it was all over the news over here.

ONE OF THE LARGEST OPERATIONS IN THE HISTORY OF THE CBŚP Aimed at pharmaceutical crime
The liquidation of 3 factories of falsified medicinal products, 6 warehouses with pharmaceuticals and their precursors with a total value of approximately PLN 50 million, the seizure of several tons of falsified medicinal products, several tons of components necessary for their production, 18 devices worth approximately PLN 20 million and the detention of 9 suspects, the result of many months of work by CBŚP police officers and the National Prosecutor's Office. During the huge undertaking, in which over 130 officers participated, CBŚP police officers were supported by experts from CBZC, ŻW and the Polish Anti-Doping Agency (POLADA), as well as OLAF.

Police officers from the Poznań Directorate of the Central Police Investigation Bureau, under the supervision of the Greater Poland Branch of the Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Poznań, dismantled another organized criminal group, whose members produced and sold counterfeit medicinal products, mainly anabolic steroids. Their offer also included potency remedies. Illegal production took place in the following voivodeships: Greater Poland, Lubuskie and Lower Silesia, then counterfeit goods were marketed via websites. Investigative findings show that the gang may have been operating for over a year.

It was one of the largest actions of this type targeting pharmaceutical crime in the history of the Central Bureau of Investigation. At the same time, three factories of falsified medicinal products and the production lines located there along with wholesale quantities of components for the production of medicines, as well as six warehouses with huge amounts of finished medicinal products, were closed down. A detailed inspection of the secured goods is still ongoing and only after a precise count of the seized medications will it be possible to provide their exact number. International institutions joined in dismantling the gang, including the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), which coordinates the activities of law enforcement agencies of many Member States.

Due to the size of the implementation, police officers from the Poznań Management Board of the CBŚP were supported by officers from the CBŚP Management Boards: from Warsaw, Katowice, Bydgoszcz, Kraków, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Wrocław, as well as officers from the Poznań Management Board of the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime, the Military Police and experts from Poland. Anti-Doping Agency (POLADA). In total, over 130 officers participated in the action carried out in the Greater Poland, Lubusz, Silesian and Lower Silesian voivodeships. The effect of their actions was, among others, arrest of 9 people whom investigators accuse of having introduced counterfeit medicines worth at least PLN 2 million to the market over the last year. During the activities, 18 machines used for the production of counterfeit medicines worth approximately PLN 20 million were seized, and several tons of components used for the production of drugs and several tons of finished medicinal products were seized, the total black market value of which was initially estimated at approximately PLN 50 million. The money and means of payment deposited in bank accounts were secured to cover future fines, in the total amount of over PLN 1 million.

In the Greater Poland Branch of the Department for Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office in Poznań, the detainees were charged with, among others, participation in an organized criminal group, exposure to loss of health or life of other people, production and trade in counterfeit medicinal products, which they turned into a permanent source of income. Additionally, investigators accuse one person of leading this gang. A preventive measure in the form of temporary arrest was taken against 6 people. The person suspected of leading a criminal group may face up to 15 years in prison, and his companions up to 12 years in prison.

The matter is of a developing nature.

Wow, thank you for posting the video and the additional details guys.

This seems to be a classic case of poor public relations and government lobbying worldwide. Instead of this massive witchhunt with AAS, we'd have a massive subsidy in place to manufacture AAS to combat all the xenoestrogens floating around (plastics, chemical industry, etc).

Let's get a global lobbying group put together. Governments sure need the tax dollars. Alcohol, ok. Tobacco, NP. AAS, no way.

Makes no sense. Heck even cannabis is going places that were thought impossible a few years ago from legal standpoint. So dumb.

So is this the toilet they were shittin and pissin in ? Or is there such thing as brewing steroids in a toilet bowl?

Either way it’s scary.

Makes you wonder how many labs these days should be called tolietlabs like you said. It’s laughable because I bet these guys had Rx or Pharmaceuticals in their brand name too.

If you scroll through the bust pics they had the automatic filling crimping and dispensing vial machines you can buy from Alibaba for around 10k dollars.
