Hello Fellow Bothers in Arms, I thought today would be the day that I follow Meso protocol and give myself a little introduction
I'm 25 year old Canadian looking to learn as much as he can on training. Proper weight training didn't really start until I was the ripe dumb age of 19 where I started with a proper programs and took a serious look into what I eat. Previous training before that was just for Hockey/Football and Rugby and personal health. I joined the Darkside when I was 23, which involved three different cycles which brings up to this point. The gear usage includes;
Test E
Deca
Dbol
Tren Ace
Anavar
Few Stats:
5'10
210 lbs @ Around 16 % Bf
Lifts:
315 Bench
405 Squat
515 Dead
Currently Off-Cycle now, the goal is to clean up the weight, get to roughly 11-12% Bf and give EQ and Mast a try. No I don't compete, but it would be something that I could be interested into the future (I'm sure you guys could give some pointers when that day comes). I just love training and I'm looking to learn as much as I can from you vets.
