I'll start... I love it that I can tell how many reps my training partner is on by the way he does his breathing... Kind of 1% saying the number of the breath as he exhales.

I am also always amused when I know he's gonna do another rep because he's smashing it (from the body language).

There's a blind guy who works out on the reg @ my gym. Dude has someone drop him off, he walks down 2 flights of stairs by himself, and only needs one of the gals at the front desk to help him get to whichever cardio machine he uses that day. I've seen this guy do a full workout involving weights, take a shower, climb the same set of stairs, and get picked up.

Makes me feel thankful for what I have in life.

Now THAT'S dedication I have to say. There's a blind man that does similar routine at my gym too and that is well liked by the gym regulars.

The time someone actually talked to me about gear and I was able to offload a whole bunch of Test E and HCG was good. It was profitable at least. I had so much of it sitting around and nowhere to go with it. I usially don't make friends at the gym, just casual conversation sometimes. I live in a very small town too.

Just had a sports massage on my calves. Absolutely fucking torture... but a couple more of them and my legs will be on their way to fixed.

Best gym story ever....so this kid was about 8 or 9 years old and stopped by my work one day with my coworkers wife and his kids. I was training for a competition at the time, and the kid wanted to take a pic of my arm with his camera phone. He started asking me all kinds of shit about bodybuilding and how I eat. His Dad died when he was really young and he was telling me that his Dad used to be a bodybuilder. Fast forward about 5 or 6 years later...

I'm in the gym one day and this young kid with a fairly large amount of muscle walks up to me and starts talking to me. He was probably 14 or 15 years old. I had no idea who he was. He pulled out his phone and showed me the photo of my arm he took several years ago. It was the same kid. I'll admit, it put a lump in my throat

That's crazy... I have the exact same guy at my gym.... only weird part is when your on a machine and he comes over not knowing your there and starts feeling around....

A cool moment for me happened last week:

I had talked to a kid (17ish) casually, for the past few months in the gym. The kid is naturally cut, great physique.. But had no idea what he was doing. I gave him a few DL and squat pointers I got from my bros here. He applied them well and upped his numbers a bit. In itself, that's awesome, but thats not the cool part... now, I've put on some mass, but I don't even minutely resemble a body builder. However, he does, and people (younger) always go to this kid for advice.. he passes on what I taught him, and tells them I was the one who helped him. He sent a younger kid over to me last week (about 130lbs) who really wanted to learn to DL but was scared of it because he 'read on line'. Anyhow, I taught him proper form, and by the end of the session, had him pulling 135. Was one of my proudest moments in my short lifting career.

Back in my younger days I made many a house wife happy, normally 40+. When I was around 21 I worked out at the local YMCA. Always the youngest and fittest guy at that gym. I really made those women feel special and gave them something nice to look at. I firmly believe I was a huge factor in them returning to the gym on a daily basis. In turn they taught me to love hairy bush, older women like to keep it natural in those nether parts.

So to you guys that help out the younger cats and disabled guys, don't forget about giving a helping hand to the lady folk :)
