A cool moment for me happened last week:
I had talked to a kid (17ish) casually, for the past few months in the gym. The kid is naturally cut, great physique.. But had no idea what he was doing. I gave him a few DL and squat pointers I got from my bros here. He applied them well and upped his numbers a bit. In itself, that's awesome, but thats not the cool part... now, I've put on some mass, but I don't even minutely resemble a body builder. However, he does, and people (younger) always go to this kid for advice.. he passes on what I taught him, and tells them I was the one who helped him. He sent a younger kid over to me last week (about 130lbs) who really wanted to learn to DL but was scared of it because he 'read on line'. Anyhow, I taught him proper form, and by the end of the session, had him pulling 135. Was one of my proudest moments in my short lifting career.
