I began using a cpap machine again about a week ago, should have been using one years ago because I feel like I have a new body. Anyways, been dieting like a motherfucker, cardio almost daily and some days an extra cardio session. I’m posting this question because I’ve jumped on the scale and it’s up about 5 lbs, the only thing I can think of is that the better sleep and recovery has caused some sort of increased muscle volume possibly? I’m hungry as fuck, doing my cardio, hitting about a 5-800 cal deficit daily, it’s like WTF gives?
Did anyone else notice a quick increase in muscle mass/volume after you began using this thing to sleep better? I can’t help but wonder if this scenario is likely. Thanks
