This is a message to all the people out there about a possible scam, which i'm 99% sure is a scam.
I recently bought 500$ worth of stuff from a vendor I got from someone on tiktok (yes i know stupid fucking move)
The guy's name on tiktok is @pregab.rumi and he's amassed about 1k followers and he's pretty active on other forums so I thought I could trust him
I don't know if anyone has ever heard of this vendor but i don't seem to find any information about them online,
their telegram is @shenfu_ava. On february 18th i paid about 500$ CAD (300euro) for some stuff, and ever since then she's ghosted me. Rumi claims that it's because of chinese new year until the 24th that they are not shipping out orders, but they never mentioned that to me so how would I know?
Also, i talked to another guy and he's showed me proof that he's placed an order on the 4th of february, and the vendor claims there's a delay. and ever since then she's ignored him.
I messaged rumi on tiktok and he's assured me many times it wasn't a scam and even showed me some texts between him and shenfu. I asked him why he would advertise them for me but he claims he gets a commission everytime someone orders, but he never sent a referral code and claims he "forgot" because of the amount of texts he's getting in a single day.
If anyone has any information about this vendor, please let me know. I was told that it was a pretty known fact that this vendor was a scammer, but I don't seem to find them anywhere on the internet which is another red flag.
