Post cycle and blood pressure

Has anyone ever had any issues with high BP after a cycle? I've been off cycle for close to three months and my BP has been high the whole time, like 160/90. Supposed to start back soon but wanna get my BP down first. I don't remember it staying this high for so long. Any advice would be appreciated.

Diet, cardio, green tea, and donate blood.

Lots of variables involved here, bud. Did you get bloodwork done after your cycle? That could give indicators about your BP. You'll definitely want to get that under control before starting another cycle.

No I didn't, I'll go do that next week. Scary shit dude
