Hi,
I am male, 30 years.
Last year I was on anavar cycle followed by PCT with Nolvadex. My left nipple tip has grown larger then the right one. Am I at risk of any unwanted side effect?

Anavar only? You may develop a uterus...jk bro. Do you feel a lump under the swollen nipple?

No, there is no lump at all. Just that the tip of left nipple is slightly larger than the right one. This was not the case earlier.
