Post cycle training. Please critique

Alright bro's, will be coming off here in about a week and need your input on the training I have outlined for when I'm off. While on I went with a 4 days on 1 off split that emphasized volume with a pyramid in weight. So you have an idea how I was training, here it is:
Day 1-Chest and Delts (15 sets/10 sets)
Day 2-Back and Traps (16 sets/8 sets)
Day 3-Bis and tris (12 sets each)
Day 4-Quads and Hams. (12 sets each)

The split that I'm looking to go with for Post cycle will be as follows:
Mon-Squat, pull-ups, biceps
Tues-Flat BB Bench,BB Rows,BB Military, tris
Wed-OFF
Thurs-Squat, pull-ups, biceps
Fri-Flat BB Bench,BB Rows,BB MIlitary, tris
Sat-Squat,PUll-ups, biceps
Sun-OFF

As far as rep scheme, squats,pull-ups,BB Bench,BB Rows, and BB MIlitary will be 5X5, and bis and tris are 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
I will be keeping calories high and am going to attempt to actually gain some mass w/out AAS LOL. Stats right now: Early 20's, 208 lbs. @7.6% BF,6 ft.,and have been training for 6 yrs. LMK what you think guys
