Hello all. I've been learning from these forums for a while now. Thanks for all your contributions. As an aside, I've recently submitted GenX Genotropin HGH for testing and will post the results when I get them.
I'm currently in PCT post-third cycle and planning my next cycle. It will probably be test and primo for 10 weeks. I've included previous cycles, body comp, strength gains, physical progress, diet, sleep, and exercise below.
Current PCT
2/12 50mg clomidphen. 40mg. tamoxifen
2/19 50mg clomidphen. 20mg. tamoxifen
2/26 25mg clomidphen. 20mg. tamoxifen
3/4 25mg clomidphen. 20mg. tamoxifen. 1 x aromasin 25mg BLOODS*
3/11 12.5mg clomidphen. 10mg. tamoxifen 2 x aromasin 6.25mg
3/18 12.5mg clomidphen. 10mg. tamoxifen 1 x aromasin 6.25mg
Weeks 3-5 of PCT (5-7 weeks post cycle) I was feeling really moody, irritable, depressed, oily skin, zero libido, itchy nipples in week four of my PCT. I took 25mg Aromasin 3 days before my bloods drawn 3/6.
I subsequently reduced the SERMS and started taking 6.25mg of aromasin e3d. I have been feeling MUCH better the last two weeks and am still improving. I am finally making gains again at the gym, my libido is returning, and my general mood is improving. I went for bloods again today and will see where I'm sitting. If all is good, I'll cease the SERMS and get bloods again in three weeks.
Annoying in retrospect I didn't get the bloods before taking the aromasin, but I was really bothered and thought it likely I had high estrogen. The e2 result (which took 13 days) is lower than the normal range 7.45 pg/mL (10-50 reference). Not sure if the aromasin could have brought it down that far from being elevated, or if it was already low... Are itchy nipples only associated with high e2? They still bother me a bit by the third day w/out aro.
Next time I think I'll for a gentler PCT and maybe include HCG for a week first. Also might go for Test P instead of E, at least for the end of the cycle. I'll also get bloods during the cycle and 3 weeks from the end, before beginning PCT.

I've been keeping up the calories in PCT to avoid muscle loss, so I added some fat. At what point post-cycle does it make sense to have a calorie deficit, or does it at all? I've dropped from 25% to 15% body fat in the last year, so I'm definitely going in the right direction. It would be nice to drop a few more percent for summer, either on or off-cycle.
Then, what is a strong combo for lean gains and appropriate for an intermediate 4th cycle?

7am. 6eggs,2 bananas,200g greek yoghurt
10am. 400g fresh fruit (berries, melon, mango, papaya, similar)
1pm. Fresh seafood or chicken or meat with fresh vegetables and salad
6pm. Fresh seafood or chicken or meat with fresh vegetables and salad
120g protein powder/bar total throughout day.
==SLEEP==
8 hours.
==EXERCISE==
Gym 4 days off cycle. Will post.
Swim/Bicycle 1-2 days. Need to increase off cycle.
