Male, 28, 225Lbs, 5’9. Never got my body fat measured but if I had to guess based off random google pics of body fat percentage then maybe 12-15%..maybe. Using for about 5 years maybe, lifting closer to 10.
Max gym lifts: bench 463 w/ 4 sec pause, deadlift 765 or 785, I forget. Squat 650 no knee sleeves. Def believe my squat is higher now though.
Primarily here just to read some interesting topics and see what other powerlifters are doing and what their results were. Big fan of learning from others experience before trying something out. At this point I’m pretty locked in with my bread and butter (test, Ana, superdrol, tren…no not all at once lol) but maybe the strength world here will reveal some interesting stuff.
