Powerlifting Cycle

Last meet I ran 625mg of test and 600 mg of mast e per wk and 10 mg of halo the last 3 wks. I pr'd my total at 1700.
This time around I'm thinking of 500 mg of test and 200 mg of dhb per wk along with 35 mg of anavar per day for the last 6 weeks. Hoping to go 640 sq, 451 bench and 660 deadlift. Think my doses are too low or about right for these goals?
 
Depends on if you’ve ran DHB and have favorable strength outcomes from it. If you’ve never ran it, and you don’t like it that could ruin your prep.

Additionally, I think most strength is built in the offseason and “peaked” lifts on meet day are just an expression of strength. So hopefully you’ve had a good off season. Your numbers do seem reasonable with only a 3% increase from 1700 to 1751.

I don’t think your doses are to low I have a buddy with a 2k total that won’t go over 1500 mg and he comes off and does pct’s.
 
I would not recommend DHB for powerlifting. I tried it 3 times or so, got sick every damn time, and had quite a few training sessions affected negatively by the pip.

I would repeat your first cycle but add nandrolone, 300-400 per week of whichever ester you choose. Nandrolone is great for powerlifting. For the peak you can just use halo again, since you know it works.

Edit: you could even lower the test to 375-500 if you add the nandrolone.

Yeah, I've used 100 mg of dhb and liked the strength gains from it. It's hard to tell if 100 mg of dhb is better than 600 mast e for strength, but I think they're probably close. Ive never gone up to 200 mg dhb, but I think that will offer more in terms of strength.

Ive used the dhb I have before. Mine doesn't have much pip at all at 100 mg per wk. I'm going to split the dose so I think I'll be ok. Deca is great, but I can't handle the mental sides I get. I feel off on it.
