Is it plate loaded? Looks nice and I would indeed get it as I have used a similar machine before.

Better make sure you got the room for it in your new shed

Yeh its plate loaded, can do a shit load of exercises aswell

It looks like it'd be good if you do a lot of chest work. I don't like the idea of the standing work with the bench in between your legs.

I really like the look of it and i think with all the angles i can hit plus i can do one handed rows... Mmmmm its money tho
