I was wondering if anyone had a great stack of supplements that they consider to be very benieficial in gaining lean muscle mass. I currently take 1500 mg of Kre-Alkalyn creatine by sci-fit, and 2400 mg of BCAA's 30 minutes before lifting. Post workout I take another 2400 mg of BCAA's, 46 grams of whey isolate. I am also looking to add Waxy Maze post workout.
