Pre-Workout??

Just curious as in what some of you guys think about non anabolic pre workout supplements. And what pre workouts do you guys like or recommend.
 
Excelsior by Imperial Nutrition is my go to. It’s a bit pricey and can be hard to find but worth it. Would not recommend if you are bulking because it will kill your appetite for hours after dosing...
 
I take a strong shot of espresso and eat a banana. Sometimes I make a shake with milk, a banana, l-citrulline and coffee thrown in 30 mins before I workout. In the past I used C4 and similar products but I'm done with paying for these things when I can get the same effect from caffeine alone and without a niacin flush.

The caffeine rush is great, just don't overdo it otherwise you'll get a nasty crash later. To me the rush lasts about 30 minutes then starts to fade, so I'd try to get the heavier stuff done first (with angry music banging in my headphones!)

I might have to transition into this. I have used C4. But I think it makes me break out too much. Coffee might be my next venture
 
Some almond milk with 1-2 whole eggs some eggwhites , 3 tbspn of nesquik powder. Maybe a banana if I feel like it.
And usually siping on zero sugar energy drink while I train.
