Prescription as C.Y.A.

Hey guys,

I tried to find the answer to this and can’t seem to get it from a search. I see a lot of people mentioning that they try to order mostly things they have a script for. Does that really work as a legal argument?

Such as, I’m on TRT, am I less likely to be prosecuted for having UGL Test in my house because I’m prescribed it? And if so, does that mean I need a written script? What if I just get it in the mail like most TRT guys. I want to try and ‘clean up my act’ since I’m on TRT, have a family now, etc, etc, and limit my exposure.

Happy to look at other threads if anything can link me to them.

Put your mind at ease and try to find, from amongst the millions of steroid users in the US, a prosecution in recent history for personal possession and use.

Even labs and sellers are typically given probation, unless they have previous felony convictions.

It's almost unheard of anywhere in the world.

You aren’t any safer if you have a script and yet have UGL supply. You’re still obtaining a controlled substance illegally and outside a physician’s purview. Do you think someone with a Xanax script can go get it off the street and cops won’t care if they see it lol?

Do your research in prior meso threads into the risk of personal use bust for gear. Keep in mind how lax or stringent local law enforcement is where you live, and obtain UGL at your own risk. If you’ve got kids in the house and don’t feel right with illegal substances being there, that’s on you.

IMO, the criminal liability aspect of gear isn’t as big as the civil. An ex wife or ex partner can go sing like a bird about your gear use to anyone under the sun…

lol what? No dude, labs and sellers get fucked if they’re caught. Possession of small amounts of gear (ie ~4 vials) that can be possibly presumed to be for distribution purposes is a *felony* in many states. Do you really think a lab caught with $1m street value worth of gear in their warehouse is gonna just get probation??
