Primary Hypergonadism- testicular failure but want to go on hcg

hey guys i want to go on hcg and then go back on trt. my gp already prescribes me trt, which i dont take because it causes atrophy. i recently had a varicoclele procedure to see if that will improve my testicular health, and so i dont want to go back on trt as it may undermine some of the good improvment.

in a word i want to find out how one takes hcg, how one can get it (can one just ask the gp) and is it strong enough to cope with the large amounts of trt I will have to take (keeping in my mind my testicles need a huge amount of lh and fsh to be stimulated as i have testicular failure- lh and fsh 3X the normal amount).

any advice would be appreciated. as i said i want to give my balls a chance to heal, and trt might undermine the regrowth (im 19 and no one can give me an explanation of why i have shrunked testicles). any advice about hcg and its applications would be really appreciated.

cheers

given the recent vein surgery, you might want to consult directly with Swale or arrange a consult between him and your doc. Swale's use of hcg has become "the Crisler method" as a part of trt by other teaching doctors.

yeah shis site looks great- but hes in the states and im in the Uk. i was looking for more general experiences from the guys here about taking hcg, and whether the usual amount is strong enough for someone with primary hypergoanidsm, (i have supper elevated lh and fsh levels)

Hcg is an lh analoque. So if your lh is very high, it would be used only after the introduction of exogenous testosterone. After a few weeks, your own lh would drop and hcg could be used to stimulate some of you own testosterone production. You might want to look at the directory of physicans thru the A4M site and pick a doc in the United Kingdom. Swale lectured over there last year, wonder if he has any names for you?
