primo depot npp ratio

if one only wanted to shoot e3d and did not want to shoot more than 3cc what would be the best ratio for npp 100mg per cc and primo 150mg\cc ? My friend is also on two pumps androgel 20.25mg per pump twice daily and he has some left over var troches. at 1.5cc of each e3d its 375mg npp week and 562 mg primo.

trying to be accurate doing 1.25 of one and 1.75 of another might be difficult so maybe 1.5 is the way to go.
