Women-Only Primo SQ

I have done multiple cycles of Var over last 4 years with decent results. I’m 50 and menopausal. I am finding it harder to build muscle and thinking of trying something different. My husband suggested Primo at 50 mg in 2 divided doses weekly for about 6 weeks. Currently on Test 20 mg SQ weekly due to low levels. I hate IM injections! Does anyone have experience or advice with pinning Primo SQ?

I’ve run primo several times. Running it now actually. I personally do not like sq. I do IM. My sisters a nurse and she strongly advised against sq. I had to call her once for advise when I did sq and the area swelled and was inflamed for several days. Decided to never try that again.

Primo takes a little while to kick in, so it might be better to run a little longer. I usually do 10 to 12 weeks of primo and I kickstart with Var 6 to 8 weeks. I start low with primo (50mg a week in 2 doses) and I usually up it to 100 mg a week. Primo is by far my favorite.

Hi ! I've done primo SQ for 7 weeks about 50mg E5D and no problem with SQ, I used to inject in two differents spot the 50mg because 50mg it's too much (I think) in one spot and can cause problems.

I do not like neither the IM and prefer to use SQ!

SubQ is not the ideal but if you must, do small amounts and very slowly. The absorption rate is NOT the same as if you injected into muscle and it takes longer to absorb. Hence the reason why testosterone works well for women through subQ. I have never done primo SubQ and wouldn't do it due to many factors such as pain, lumps as it is not water soluble like GH or Insulin, etc. I do all my pins IM. Feed the muscle directly type of a thing.

As for dosing and duration, given you are already on test, start your primo dose at around 25-35mg a week to start. Work up to 50mg a week max split into two shots. That is a typical dose for women, and no need to go high. Less is more, use the smallest dose to avoid undesirable sides. You can run Primo for longer periods as it it a long ester and takes a while to kick in. I don't recommend running primo for less than 12 weeks. My recommended ideal is between 12-16 weeks. In some cases even up to 20 weeks.

Primo Enanthate has a 10-14 day half life so you could technically get away with injections once per week but the ideal is twice a week. If you have Primo Acetate, then every day is recommended and usually that is in oral form, rarely you see it in injectible form.

Primo is a "feel good" compound and you get quality lean gains from it, hence the reason why you can run it for an extended period of time. Typically around week 8, you start feeling it and seeing it do it's magic. I wouldn't waste primo for less than 12 weeks cycle.

If you want faster acting and quicker runs, there are other options available. Primo will be one of the only ones that will give you true lean muscle gains that you will keep, hence the reason why it takes so long for it to build up and show itself. I love primo for that reason.

Definitely looking for long term lean muscle gains. At 50 it gets harder and harder. I’ve been a little slack in my diet lately but cleaning that up. Gyms have finally reopened this week in my area so I am looking to get serious again. The “break” has been good for mental

Primo is my all time favorite, no question about it but you need to be patient with it.

For quicker and also to avoid injections, I'd recommend going the anavar, tbol or winstrol route. These are oral. Maybe leaning more towards winny as you can have a quick 8 weeks to polish off your look and get a feel for it as you enter the dark side. Winny is good for strength, vascularity, dry look and kicks in fast. Within couple of weeks.

Thanks for the information. Just bit the bullet and started Primo IM last night. My husband helped. Not so bad and just twice a week, I started at 25mg and will do that twice a week,. Do you recommend upping the dose at any point or sticking with 50/week? I plan to run 12 weeks after hearing your advice unless side effects warrant stopping early.

Sorry for the delay.

I would recommend keeping the dose for 4-6 weeks and see how you feel. If no undesirable sides, you can either continue the same dose or increase just a little bit. And by a little bit, I mean bump it from 25mg(50mg/wk) a pin to 30mg(60mg/wk) a pin. But you can stay at 50mg a week the whole cycle too. Don't increase just because. You'll invite unwanted sides. Next time you run it, start at the same dose (50mg/wk) then bump by a tiny bit as above to (60mg/wk). Women shouldn't need to go 100mg/wk or over. Use the least amount to get results.
