Yes profiling is not popular with anybody that falls within any of the profile categories

I am pretty sure that there is no law in Sweden prohibiting someone from using steroids outside Sweden and then entering Sweden before the steroids have cleared the individual's system. So, profiling is not the only problem here.

I don't know what civil rights are in Sweden or what the limits on police powers are, but had this occurred in the US, it seems like it would be a violation of several basic principles of civil liberty, even if you don't take into consideration the idea of profiling.
