Problem with Sigma Audley Inc

On May 7th, I placed an order, which I received on June 12th in the Canary Islands without any problems.

When I place an order(s), I usually send messages on both WhatsApp and Telegram.
So I sent the same order, the same photo of the crypto transfer, etc., to both.

They sent me the tracking number on WhatsApp, while they didn't on Telegram.
Since both platforms have the same or very similar photo (I still can't identify the Chinese), I assumed they were the same person.

I do this on both platforms because, since they're shutting down Telegram accounts and banning WhatsApp numbers, you want to make sure everything is okay and receive updates, the tracking number, etc.

Well, I received the order, sent photos, etc.

Yesterday, I placed two orders, one of them for peptides (you know they charge for two shipments). And I did exactly the same thing.

Today I woke up to both networks hurling insults and abuse, saying I scammed them, that they had sent me two orders, etc., when that wasn't the case. I only had tracking for one, not the replicated order.

The thing is, there's no way to make them understand, and they foolishly kept the money.

At no point was anyone acting in bad faith.
But anyway, I wanted to leave my review here.
 
I want to clarify that this isn't about trolling with the intention of anger management. I've been talking to them all morning, trying to get them to understand the situation and reach an agreement. I opened this thread to give my testimony on the matter and to find out if this is normal, if this has happened to anyone else, etc. At no point have I acted maliciously. Frankly, the prices and customer service I received with my first order were good. At no point did I receive a duplicate package or a double tracking number. I also told them that if they truly believed they were right, they should notify me how much they are owed, and that I should be paid for that second package they supposedly sent that never arrived. Personally, I'm interested in having a sales department with a good reputation and customer service. Frankly, I'm also interested in the quality and prices they handle. Thank you.
 
You Will prob Be banned as a customer - people have tried to make double orders on different platforms for years, but with same TXID…

I Think it was Tracy that had a small implosion/break down over this issue….

Congrats on Your second order, and only paying for 1….

My Suggestion -> try to make it right…!
 
To be fair if someone sent me the same payment method on two different platforms I’d assume that person was attempting to get the package twice with one payment. Why on earth would you send on two platforms? I’d understand messaging on a different platform if not replied too after a couple of days but other than that I can see why they think you were scamming them. Even with what you’ve put on here I’m not entirely sure you weren’t trying to rip them off

Haha the prices and service are good …. Or in your case ‘were’ good, fucking over one of the only good sources given how things are right now is definetaly not going to be worth whatever you scammed them for haha

Its beyond obvious you did this on purpose, even from the way you're typing.
