Profasi question

I bought a package of Profasi 5000 HCG and am confused as to how to administer it. I have 3 amps containing 5000 iu of HCG powder and 3 amps containing 1 ml of sterile diluent bp (water). The problem I'm having is how to draw from these amps. They are glass pacifier shaped bottles with no rubber stopper. They each have a tiny white label on the nipple part of the amp that I can't scratch off. The only way I can see to get anything from these amps is to break them and that doesn't seem right.
