About three weeks into test tren cycle
450 test prop
220 tren ace
Tren suspension 50mg Ed

Working with a injury left wrist has a plate three screws locked into place so can't rotate it up or down I know chest has to be worked on insane and legs. shoulders nd ams coming along. surgery wrist isnt lagging too much either lmk what you think open to criticism obviously thnx.
Had experience with tren already by the way just wanted to add that in two cycles previously so.
This me after being stagnant nothing for four years

You didn’t really ask a question nor did you show us a before and after pic to gauge “progress”.

This thread isn’t going well so far. Also, you went 4 years stagnant and decided to hop right on gear with a poorly designed cycle?

My suggestion is you nail down nutrition and get back into the swing of training before PED’s are even in the discussion.

My diets 200g protein 300g carbs 150 fats
I could lower fat pretty easy none of it is processed dirty btw
Beef white rice olive oil whey and chicken what do you think I should change ?
I just had the gear for a while honestly so I went for it
