Project "Natty" 3 Month of Hell

I am starting project natty

-3 Month without steroids
-3 Month of perfect diet, training plan
-3 Month of sweat and pain

I'll post my photos every week, no matter i see progress or not, Project is made to show if natural athlete can achieve at least 10% of what juiced up athlete achieves in 3 month.

My diet below (I'll still write everything here, because some of you are photoblind) 2600Cal 230protein 81fat 350carb(1g protein, 3-3.5carb, 0.3g fat), Perfect diet for a perfect athlete

After 3 Month ill start my cycle, and compare progress, also after first week of training ill post photo with all the measurements

When I saw this I was gonna go off since I told you third time was not the charm we didn't need a 4th. considering the fact that it seems like you are starting to listen, the beginning helped you out a little. Now let's see if you actually get up from them warm comfy blanky and hit that shit hard, or if you're just talking much like aLL your other threads

Yeah, someone put a lot of time and effort into that meme. He's got quite the reputation. On another note; how many threads has this fuckin guy created in the past week? Not getting enough attention in other areas of his life?
 
The last week? How many threads has he created in the last TWO DAYS? Fuckin ridiculous. And the name "3 months of hell" if training hard is "hell" then why the hell even bother? You cant just shoot juice in your butthole with a turkey bastor and expect to get jacked.
 
So what are you going to do OP? Work out hard for 3 months an expect to get a great foundation to do your first cycle off of smh. Sorry to say but it doesn't work like that. It takes years of hard ass fuckin work an dieting to create a decent base to work off of!!!!!
