Hey bros,
This is my first post as I've been enjoying myself and learning more than I possibly could by reading all of your threads/ posts. I have decided that I'd like to transform my body completely and would like to run kind of a Recomp cycle. I'm 5'10" and 195lbs with I would say 14-15 % BF. I've been cutting on DNP for about 12 days and will stop once I start my cycle. What I am looking for out of the cycle is to gain as much lean mass as possible (doesn't have to be much. Just a noticeable amount) and lose some BF while I'm at it. I have left over DNP but would rather run it through pct to get rid of the last few pounds. I was thinking about running either
Prop- 150-200mg EOD/wk for 10-12 weeks
Npp- 150mg EOD for 10-12 weeks
Dnp- 500mg during pct for 10 days
Or
Prop- 100mg/ EOD for 8-10 wk
Tren- 150mg/ EOD for 8-10 wk
Dnp- 500mg/ during pct for 10 days
Of course I will be running hcg, AIs, and have caber on hand but I'd just like to know what has worked best for you or if you recommend anything. Not looking to get massive but would like my chest to fill out a little more while also cutting a little body fat. Thanks!
