I have been on proscar 1/4 tab 5mg for awhile due to hair transplant not cycle,however i have noticed an increase in nipple soarness Has anyone else experienced this. I am due to start a EQ & winnie cycle soon and i am concered
that i already have an increase in est.

finasteride prevents test from converting to dht therefore some of that test will instead convert to estrogen. sore nips and gyno are definitely one of the sides of this drug. use some nolva. start at 20mg ed for a few days. when symptoms subside, use 10mg ed for a week or two. then 10mg eod for a couple of weeks. then just use as symptoms arise.

That is VERY comon with finasteride. DHT is known to be somewhat anti-estrogenic. By taking finasteride you 1.) reduce serum DHT levels, 2.) increase serum testosterone levels (until hometstasis takes over) and allow more test to convert via aromatase to estrogen.
