Generic is fine, but don't switch back and forth. Pick one, name-brand or genuine, and stick with it.

Merck stuff is the best but exspensive. I have been using generic proscar 90.00 for 100 5mg tabs because price is great. Generic is just fine...cLeRks

I have used both. If the generic has finerstide 5mg per tablet than its just as good. If your buying from reg pharmacy in America with prescription than your getting real finerstide which is the active ingredient in Proscar.
I am lucky that I get reg Merk proscar for $2 tablet but before I did used generic and same exact thing . Foreign generics though from India,etc are a different story.

Yeah I've been using generic proscar for a few years now and it works just fine. I've tried the propecia from Merk and I can't tell $.02 worth of difference. The only thing I don't like is the plung in the sex drive from the stuff.

I hated the liquid version. It made me feel tired not like I usually feel. After 0ne bottle which did last a long time I stopped useing it went back to pills and felt fine again.
I know it makes no sense but the liquid isnt for me.

I have used for generic proscar and still use for other things

http://www.antiaging-systems.com click on the products section. They arent cheap but the real stuff on every product you buy. I had 2 pills tested of generic proscar before I found a steady source of merk proscar locally but both pills tested for 5 mg finersteride. I use the co and like them for a few things I buy here and there that you cant get in America.
Their pills come from france or Italy reg stuff sold to doctors/patients their not underground generics but again not cheap but real stuff.
They have a sale now on a few things not sure what though. If you decide to use Nizoral shampoo with it. Go to www.sunrisemeds.com for that .
