Does anyone else have this problem?

~2 months ago I increased my protein to ~250g a day, and along with the calorie increase, I've had some amazing gains. Best I've ever had. BUT (butt)....the protein farts man. I don't always get them, but it happens often enough. They're SO bad, almost like hot rotten moldy food mixed with hot rotten moldy poop. And it lingers too.

Is there some way to avoid this or minimize it? I'm assuming it's the protein intake, as this is the highest I've ever consistently had.

Ya it is I think. I only get it bad like you described every so often. If my food intake isn't clean enough it'll be terrible and that's when I get it.
Not sure what you.can do for it to help minimize the gas.
I did have it recently really bad enough to the point to where when I opened my car door upwind from my buddy he could smell it coming from my car. Lmao!
I laughed so fucking hard.
 
Sometimes I fart in my car before I workout. 2 hours later I get back in and it still stinks. I'm around 220g and they're worse now then when I ate junk food all the time.
 
Quickest way to clear the squat rack for you...one good deadly blast :D

I get bad gas easily and Beano works for me.
 
Yeah it's only food I'm eating. No powders or anything. And I went up to 250 from ~200. But that was almost 2 months ago.

I was killin people at work the other day and I was like man I better not live with a woman if it gets this bad too often
